1. Cacti and succulents can withstand temperatures down to 40°F, but for anything colder, it's advisable to include a heat pack. Below 32°F, we recommend both heat pack and insulation for optimal protection.

2. If you're ordering leafy or more sensitive plants, be cautious of temperatures below 55°F. For temperatures under 45°F, we suggest using a heat pack, while additional insulation is recommended if it drops even lower.

3. Prioritize the health of your plants by choosing the right protective measures based on the temperature conditions during shipping. We are not responsible for any plant damage that may occur due to the carrier or cold temperatures.
